The School Trip: Reimagined

Well before our first tour in 2017, the decision was made that this would be a premium experience for both students and chaperones. Every facet of the planning and travel process was reviewed and the result is the best student, teacher and parent preparation available. We believe that ours is a school trip which results in the safest, most comfortable and most fulfilling experience that can be realized on this type of excursion.

Let's Get There

Staying for one week at an onsite Disney resort allows for all the conveniences you would expect when settling in to one central location for a week, plus a number of other perks that make this the best choice for our youth groups. Safety, cleanliness, convenience and the magic of being immersed in the Disney atmosphere 24/7 are all important aspects of our experience. Being onsite in the middle of the 4 theme parks, 2 water parks and Disney Springs area allows us to maximize our time with guest early park entry, ease of return for afternoon breaks and only be a short bus or Skyliner ride from our rooms at the end of a busy day.

Onsite Transportation

With a card in hand, students are free to make selections of meals and snacks from the very large number of dining and snack locations throughout Disney property. This freedom and flexibility has been very much appreciated by all our students. Of course, there are extensive vegan and vegetarian options along with Disney’s industry leading service for those with food allergies, but opportunities also exist to have great food in unique settings. Having lunch on the moon of Pandora, the planet Batuu or in Andy’s backyard all allow for moments where diners can feel totally immersed in a different world. In other park locales, you can eat BBQ in a tranquil setting across the lake from Expedition Everest, order Mediterranean small plates in Morocco while exploring World Showcase or have lunch in The Beast’s Castle. During your week, you will have more options than time, a fun problem to have.

Park Hopper Passes

Your vacation time is valuable. How much of it do you want to spend in airports, on planes and busses? We maximize your experience from the outset by minimizing your home to Disney travel time. With non-stop or one-stop flights to Orlando and only a 30-minute motorcoach ride to your Disney resort, you’ll arrive only a few hours after leaving home, refreshed and ready to start your amazing one-week adventure with your friends.

POP Century Resort

As onsite guests, we have the use of convenient Disney transportation to move us throughout our daily destinations on Disney property. Unlike some school trips that see students spend hours on busses, our travel time consists of 10–15-minute bus or Skyliner rides, with optional water transportation in some instances. And, unlike those guests who stay offsite, we don’t have to negotiate traffic, find parking and then take trams and walk to the entrance of each park. Our Disney transportation delivers us a short stroll from each park’s main gate.

Eating at Disney

Choosing park hopper tickets with the water park option, is an important component of being able to enjoy what we believe to be a wonderful itinerary based on providing variety, options, flexibility and downtime. From our arrival until the end of our third day, we visit Disney Springs and all 4 theme parks (2 early mornings and 2 evenings) so students get a sense of the feel, excitement and offerings. During the remainder of the week, we revisit all the parks and flip our early morning and night parks, offer a water park and Disney Springs day and have a day with options based on interest. We will have chaperones offer to stay at the resort for a relaxing morning, or visit a park mid afternoon to see a parade or check out a special show. All our days have necessary, and much appreciated, relaxation time at our resort.
